Originating from the creative vision of Claubentz Dieujuste, eight educational leaders from across the globe committed to developing a text that would provide readers with practical, innovative insight on navigating challenges and emerging stronger than ever before.

Speaking in recognition of Autism Acceptance Month, this night brought every part of my journey with Aries to a full circle moment for both of us. From the Supporting Spartan Autists professional development series and my SMSD4ALL Capstone Project for LEAD Academy to the student and family opportunities and recognitions that followed.

I had the privilege of serving as a breakout speaker for the 2026 TCWSE Region 4 Chapter Spring Conference for the session entitled “WOMAN ENDEAVOR: Overcoming Adversity in Pursuit of the Dream.”

Woke up at 4:30AM and hit the road from Round Rock to present at the Harris County Department of Education’s 40th Annual R.T. Garcia Early Childhood Winter Conference in Houston. Demonstrating several of the key highlights of Stafford Early Childhood Center’s Early STEM Academy program alongside Dr. LaKenya Perry-Allen, Twyla Hynes, and Tiffany Fondal.

So very grateful for the opportunity to not only attend my first Texas Association of School Administrators (TASA) Midwinter Conference, but to also facilitate a Texas Alliance of Black School Educators (TABSE) Master Class session on MagicSchool.ai alongside Principal Twyla Hynes and Senior Executive Jon Bubb.

Educators will learn practical strategies and approaches to increase parental involvement, forge meaningful business partnerships, and create lasting community connections.

Facilitated a district level professional development session on instructional differentiation best practices for elementary literacy. Thematically linked to the concept of baseball, I orientated attendees to “The Differentiation Diamond” a four-step process (Data, Development, Diversity, Dynamics).
